Daktarin Oral Gel
White sugar-free orange flavoured gel containing miconazole 20mg/g
Oral treatment of fungal infections of the mouth and throat.
Infants 4-24 months: Apply 1.25ml ( 1/4 of a measuring spoon) of gel 4 times daily after meals. Each dose should be devided into a smaller portions and applied to the affected area(s) with a clean finger. Adults and children over 2 year: Apply 2.5 ml (1/2 a measuring spoon) of gel 4 times daily after meals. The gel should not be swallowed immediately but kept in the mouth as long as possible. Treatment should continue for at least 1 weeks after all signs and symptoms of infection have dissapeared.
