Paramol Tablets
This is for short term treatment of acute moderate pain when other painkillers have not worked. Do not take less than four hours after taking other painkillers.
For Headache, Migraine, Period pains, Toothache and other dental pain, Backache and other muscular aches and pains.
Do not take this if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before this medication if you suffer from Thyroid, Kidney or Liver problems, or have asthma, or breathing difficulties.
Dosage:
For Adults and aduolescent 16 yrs old and over: one or two tablets may be taken every four to six hours. Do not take more than eight tablets in any 24 hour period.
For adolescent 12 - 15 yrs old: one tablet may be taken every four to six hours. Do not take more than four tablets in any 24 hour period.
Warning: Do not exceed the stated dose. if symptoms persist consult your doctor. Avoid alcoholic drink. This medicine may make you sleepy. Do not drive while taking this medicine until you know how it makes you feel.
IF YOU NEED TO TAKE THIS MEDICINE CONTINUOUSLY FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS YOU SHOULD SEE YOUR DOCTOR OR CALL OUR PHARMACY LINE.
This medicine contains Dihydrocodeine which can cause addiction if you take it continuously for more than 3 days. If you take this medicine for headache for more than 3 days it can make then worse.
Contains Paracetamol , do not take with any other paracetamol -containing products. Immediate medical advice should be sought in the event of an overdose, even if you feel well because of the risk of delayed serious liver damage.
KEEP OUT OF THE SIGHT AND REACH OF CHILDREN.
Do not store above 25 degree.
